Double cone strainer

Double cone strainers are manufactured with a large filter area and a short overall length.

Due to the limited overall length of the strainers in the pipeline (e.g. through a downstream fitting, pump or elbow) with the desired low differential pressure, double-cone strainers with a large filter area are ideal.

Double-cone strainers enable a long service life with low pressure loss, depending on the design and mesh size, individually according to customer requirements. Optimal collision protection when commissioning industrial systems with low flow resistance.

Installation suitable for clamping between welding neck flanges in accordance with DIN EN 1092-1 or in accordance with ASME B 16.5 / B 16.47. The design is adapted to the corresponding pressure level and sealing strip of the welding neck flange. Standard sealing surfaces form B1 / B2 or form RF, as well as adaptations to RTJ sealing surfaces or form C / D (tongue / groove) can be implemented.

Kossik Filtertechnik GmbH offers the calculation of the resulting differential pressure during operation already in the planning phase in order to be able to determine the design of the maximum allowable differential pressure.
